Heidenwolf Orsolya

Orsolya is an enthusiastic follower of innovations in the construction industry. Her Phd. was focused on the development of Construction 4.0 Maturity Assessment at Corvinus University of Budapest and Virginia Tech in the USA.

She graduated from the Faculty of Civil Engineering at the Budapest University of Technology and Economics and later from the MBA program of the Faculty of Economics and Social Sciences, where she wrote her thesis on the topic of innovation in the digitalization of construction processes. She was a visiting researcher at Virginia Tech University.

She started her career in the construction industry in 2013 in the project delivery team of LEGO and worked for nearly 5 years at Hilti Hungaria as an engineering consultant, key salesperson, and business developer and finally as a BIM project manager.

She is the founder of ConTech Consulting, which provides consultancy services for the digital transformation of construction and manufacturing companies.

"My mission is to create value by spreading the knowledge of Construction 4.0. The tools to achieve this goal are applied R&D, knowledge sharing, continuous self-development, and lifelong learning.  I also support and mentor women in the construction industry to reduce the obstacles they face in their careers."
